As the Coffee Store Manager, you'll be the heart of our coffee shop, managing a team of 5-7 baristas and ensuring our customers enjoy the best coffee experience. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage services, and you'll be responsible for inventory management using our Point of Sale (POS) system, Square.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by training and mentoring baristas.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering, using Square POS system.
• Drive sales growth through promotions, customer loyalty programs, and menu optimization.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
• Maintain a clean and inviting coffee shop environment.
• Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a coffee shop or restaurant management role.
• Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Square POS system and other relevant point of sale software.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and financial reporting.
• Valid food safety and handling certification (e.g., ServSafe).
