Pacific Pharmaceutical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in their day-to-day operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.,Generate financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
