📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Oversee the fixed assets accounting process, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposal.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of journal entries and other accounting transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.,Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, particularly SAP or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
