📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, analysis, and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Drive the company's growth and revenue by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.,Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the company's success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Business Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
