📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.,Identifying and mitigating risks across various business functions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Developing and implementing risk management strategies to protect the organization's assets and reputation.,Assessing and reporting on the organization's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance.,Providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on audit and risk management matters.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reporting.,Training and mentoring junior auditors and staff on internal audit, risk management, and ESG principles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, and ESG consulting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience working in a multinational or international organization is a plus.,Familiarity with ESG frameworks and best practices.
