📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for electronic components and semiconductor devices.,Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing to ensure products meet specifications.,Analyze test data and provide detailed reports on test results and recommendations.,Troubleshoot and resolve test equipment and process issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate test execution.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, trends, and best practices in electronics and semiconductor validation.,Mentor and train junior test engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and team development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in electronics and semiconductor validation.,Strong knowledge of test equipment and software tools used in the industry.,Proven track record of successful test program execution and issue resolution.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
