📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Customer Service and Technical Maintenance team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.,Develop and implement service and maintenance strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.,Oversee the daily operations of the service point, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and maintain equipment.,Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, technical maintenance, or a related field.,Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of technical maintenance and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
