Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with the development team to ensure documentation accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Review and edit documentation for clarity and correctness,Update documentation as needed to reflect changes in the software,Work with the marketing team to create user guides and tutorials,Assist in the creation of API documentation,Provide technical support to customers through documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and formats,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Understanding of software development processes,Experience with API documentation is a plus
