Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist customers with banking services and products.,Follow all security and privacy protocols.,Keep accurate records of transactions.,Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues.,Promote the bank's products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Good time management and organizational skills.
