As an Accounting Staff, you will be part of this team, working closely with our finance and accounting professionals to maintain our financial health.

In your daily tasks, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting activities, including but not limited to, preparing and reviewing financial statements, processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. You will use industry-standard tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software to streamline your processes and enhance our financial operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciling accounts
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
