📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance and quality control best practices.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control roles.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards is a plus.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma.
• Experience with quality management software such as SAP QM, Oracle QM, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
