📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with all safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle activities, including usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the appropriate department.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their transportation needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
