Smart Prime Corporindo is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in supporting our operational efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of our services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Schedule and plan vehicle maintenance, including regular servicing and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure cost-effective fuel management practices.,Oversee vehicle tracking and navigation systems to optimize routes and reduce travel time.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and adhere to safety protocols.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other relevant staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving a variety of vehicles.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
