📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the organization
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit
• Coordinate with our in-house HR team to facilitate the onboarding process
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar role in the recruitment industry
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
