LUNAR Indonesia is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team in Deli Serdang. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our organization.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
