You will work closely with our HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed to attract top talent. With your expertise, you will help us build a strong and diverse workforce that aligns with our company's vision and values.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers on interview performance and candidate suitability.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless transition into the company.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed.
• Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus.
• Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
