Diamond Food Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Palu. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation and maintenance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle downtime.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and ensure timely reporting to management.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff on vehicle operation and safety procedures.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
