📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and quality.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
