NEXUS Unggul is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring team.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment partners.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a positive start for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards.,Ability to travel for interviews and meetings as required.
