In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calls to promote our products and services, and for handling customer inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to promote Home Plus Cemerlang products and services.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Stay informed about Home Plus Cemerlang products and services to provide accurate information to customers.,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.,English language skills are a plus.
