📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure they are within budget,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
