📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts or grievances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Good organizational and time management skills.
