Sentosa Frozen is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that help our customers and employees understand our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.,Review and edit documents for readability and consistency.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Provide technical support to customers and employees through documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Experience with documentation management systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
