📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, food and beverage inventory, and customer service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Monitor and report on sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with food and beverage inventory management.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.
