🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or community care sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
