As a Host / Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our venue, greeting guests, assisting with reservations, and ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and welcome guests at the front desk
- Assist with reservations and check-ins
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries
- Manage the venue's booking system and ensure accurate records
- Promote our sports and social events to guests
- Assist with venue maintenance and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
- Contribute to a positive and friendly work environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using reservation and booking software
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
